We have had very positive results for January 2017 in being able to accommodate our Hero members and hope this continues into 2017 and moving forward. Even if we were to reserve the entire hotel for Hero members, we still do not have enough rooms to accommodate everyone, which prompted this change. As you mentioned, it has been very difficult for Hero members to use their free rooms once a month. With over 44,000 Hero members and growing, we unfortunately had to make changes to the program to be able to accommodate as many guests as possible. Postcards were sent out to all Hero members informing them of the change for 2017.
